Welcome to the 2021 PLS recruitment for the Work Ready Pool(WRP)


Timor-Leste joined the Pacific Labour Scheme in 2019 following the successful implementation of the Seasonal Working Program, and today you can apply for 5 industries selected by SEFOPE based on the potential skills available in Timor-Leste, for low and semi-skilled roles in rural and regional Australia under the Pacific Labour Scheme.


This recruitment is the first step of the selection process to establish a strong PLS Work Ready Pool that can offer good workers to Australian Approved Employers in future PLS opportunities. You application does not guarantee a position in the PLS Work Ready Pool. All candidates will be submitted to a screening process against criteria to identify the most suitable ones for the 2nd step of the selection process.


Before you continue please read the following application rules:
1. Applicant must enter information in all fields in the 8 steps to obtain a complete application
2. Applicant must be graduated from an accredited SEFOPE Training Centre
3. If you want to apply for more than 1 industry you must submit separate applications
4. Must attach 3 Documents to complete the application: (1) Colour copy of ID Card or Electoral Card, (2) Recent Passport Photo (colour), (3) Reference Letter from Training Centre or Graduation Certificate from the Training Centre.
5. We are not receiving any paper application or direct application from LSU office.
6. Application will be open from 17 Sept to 15 October 2021
7. Final results will be announced to Training Centres in the 2nd week of November
